Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Italian style bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- grated Mozzarella cheese - 1/4 c
- large mushrooms - 1 lb
- chopped frozen spinach, thawed - 1/2 c
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Wash and de-stem mushrooms. Chop mushrooms stems and add the remaining ingredients. Fill mushroom caps with spinach mixture. Drizzle with melted butter or margarine. Broil, stuffed side up, for 5 to 8 minutes, until heated.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
