- fresh mushrooms - 1 item
- lb sausage - 1 item
- 8oz cream cheese
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Brown sausage and add cream cheese and melt. Take stem out of mushrooms. Stuff with sausage/cheese mixture. Sprinkle tops with Parmesan and bake at 350° for 15 min.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
