Steak salad
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 c
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp
- salad dressing - 2 c
- fresh mushrooms - 3/4 lb
- parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- chives, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- cherry tomatoes - 1 pt
- celery, finely chopped - 1 c
- boneless sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes - 2 lb
- frozen artichoke hearts, cooked and cooled - 1 doz
How to make steak salad:
Saute a small piece of sirloin at a time over high heat in butter until browned on all sides; put in bowl and cool. Quickly saute mushrooms in remaining butter; add to bowl along with remaining ingredients.Recipe categories: Salads, Beef, Steak.
