Ingredients/Components
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- finely chopped onions - 1/4 c
- green pepper - 1/4 c
- large mushrooms - 1 lb
- pinch of parsley - 1 item
- fried sausage - 1/4 c
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove stems and chop fine. Cook sausage, stems, onions, green pepper and parsley. Mix together with bread crumbs. Stuff mushroom caps. Place in a buttered shallow casserole and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
