  • unsifted all-purpose flour - 1 c
  • shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • ground pork sausage - 1/2 lb
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine, softened - 4 Tbsp

How to make sausage and cheese balls:

Preheat the oven to 450°. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl, then add the sausage, cheese and butter. Blend well with a wooden spoon or with your hands. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls; it should yield about 36 pieces. Pl
