Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- unsifted all-purpose flour - 1 c
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- ground pork sausage - 1/2 lb
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine, softened - 4 Tbsp
How to make sausage and cheese balls:
Preheat the oven to 450°. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl, then add the sausage, cheese and butter. Blend well with a wooden spoon or with your hands.
