Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- oil - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cloves chopped garlic - 2 item
- grated Romano or Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- bread dough fresh or frozen - 1 lb
How to make spinach roll:
Roll out dough in a large circle. Place spinach over dough. Sprinkle both cheeses, garlic, salt and pepper over spinach. Drizzle oil over spinach. Roll like a jelly roll. Fold ends under. Brush dough with beaten egg. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 400° oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
