Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- green onions, finely chopped - 4 item
- large mushrooms 2 inch diameter - 2 doz
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Wash mushrooms; drain well. Remove stems and chop. Saute onions and stems in margarine; add garlic powder. Stuff mushroom caps with sauteed mixture and bake on cookie sheet until golden brown.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
