  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1/4 tsp
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • mushrooms - 1 lb
  • thyme - 1/4 tsp
  • white wine optional - 4 Tbsp

How to make stuffed mushrooms:

Mix thoroughly the bread crumbs, thyme, oregano, parsley, butter and wine. Wash mushrooms, remove stems and chop them up fine. Saute stems and caps in butter for 10 minutes. Cool; set aside caps and mix stems with spices, crumbs and wine. Fill the caps with the mixture and place on baking tin. Broil until hot.
