Ingredients/Components
- bread crumbs - 1/3 c
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- large mushrooms - 20 item
- sausage - 3/4 1
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Cut mushroom stems out of caps. Dice mushroom stems and onion. Brown sausage in skillet. Drain sausage, all except 2 tablespoons of grease. Saute onion and sausage in grease. Mix mushroom mixture, bread crumbs and cheese. Stuff mushroom caps and bake at 350° for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
