Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- mushrooms - 1 lb
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth. Remove stems from caps. Chop up stems very fine. Saute onion and garlic in oil and butter for 1 minute. Add chopped stems and parsley, then salt and pepper.
