Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- white pepper - 1/2 tsp
- finely chopped green onions - 2 item
- juice of 1/2 lime
- to 15 large mushrooms - 12 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Preheat oven to 350°. Place butter in shallow baking dish and melt butter in oven. Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Place caps in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and mix with fork until smooth. Mound in mushroom caps. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.Place on serving tray. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
