Ingredients/Components
- hot dogs - 6 item
- onion, grated - 1 tsp
- bacon - 1 item
- cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- hot dog buns - 6 item
- horseradish mustard - 1 tsp
- dill pickle, grated - 2 Tbsp
How to make stuffed franks:
Combine cheese, pickle, mustard and onion to make a paste. Make a slit lengthwise in each hot dog. Fill each slit with paste mixture. Wrap hot dogs with bacon slices and secure with toothpicks. Broil, cheese side down, 3 minutes and turn. Continue to broil until bacon is crisp. Serve on buns.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Beef sausage.
