Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- catsup - 1/3 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/3 c
- celery - 1/3 c
- frankfurters - 1 lb
- long tube crushed crackers - 1 item
How to make stuffed franks:
Mix first 8 ingredients. Slit franks lengthwise. Spread open and fill with stuffing. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes in greased pan.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Beef sausage.
