  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/3 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/3 c
  • catsup - 1/3 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/3 c
  • celery - 1/3 c
  • frankfurters - 1 lb
  • long tube crushed crackers - 1 item

How to make stuffed franks:

Mix first 8 ingredients. Slit franks lengthwise. Spread open and fill with stuffing. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes in greased pan.
