- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 4 item
- diced, cooked chicken - 3 c
- small onion - 1 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 2 3/4
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Combine first 9 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased shallow 2-quart casserole dish. Combine bread crumbs and butter, stirring well. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
