Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oleo, melted - 1/3 c
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- chopped celery - 1/3 c
- ketchup - 1/3 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped green peppers - 1/3 c
- frankfurters - 1 lb
- stack crackers, crushed - 1 item
How to make stuffed franks:
Mix first 8 ingredients. Cut lengthwise slit in each frank. Spread open slightly and fill with stuffing. Bake in moderate oven at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Beef sausage.
