Ingredients/Components
- hot dogs - 8 item
- can sauerkraut, drained - 8 oz
- caraway seeds - 1/4 tsp
- mashed potatoes - 2 c
- shredded Cheddar - 1/2 c
How to make stuffed frankfurters:
Split hot dogs lengthwise; don't cut all way through. Top with sauerkraut. Season with caraway seeds. Top with mashed potatoes; sprinkle each with shredded Cheddar. Bake in baking pan in 375° oven for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, One Dish meal.
