How to make stuffed hot dogs:
Split hot dogs lengthwise but not all the way through. Fill opening with mashed potatoes. Place under broiler. Cook until potatoes begin to brown. Place a slice of cheese on top of each hot dog and broil until cheese has melted.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Pork sausage.
