- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- Butterfinger candy bars - 3 item
How to make butterfinger cheesecake:
Make the graham cracker crust according to the side of the box. Press it into a spring-form pan and cook according to the box. Mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add the sour cream, then add 1 egg at a time. Crust two of the candy bars and add to the mixture. Pour mixture into spring-form pan. Cook on 350° for an hour or until golden brown. (It might be a little jiggly in the middle, but that's okay.) Let it cool completely. Sprinkle the remaining crushed candy bar on top then remove the side of the pan.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Chocolate.
