Ingredients/Components
- dairy sour cream - 1/3 c
- finely chopped celery - 1 c
- finely chopped green peppers - 2 Tbsp
- hard-cooked eggs - 12 item
- French salad dressing mix - 1 Tbsp
- cooked crab meat, flaked one 8 oz - 1 c
How to make stuffed eggs:
Slice eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks and mash. Combine yolks, crab meat, celery, green peppers, salad dressing mix and sour cream, blending well. Refill egg whites.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Appetizers.
