- cream cheese - 8 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped green onions - 1/3 c
- fresh lemon juice - 1/2 c
- slices bacon - 12 item
- dried tarragon - 1/2 tsp
- whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned - 6 item
How to make stuffed chicken breasts:
Preheat oven to 350°. Pound chicken breasts carefully to flatten. Dip in lemon juice. Combine cream cheese, onions, tarragon and salt. Place approximately 2 tablespoons of this mixture on each piece of chicken. Roll breast and wrap witRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
