  • sour cream
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • paprika - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • chopped green onions - 1/2 c
  • strips bacon - 10 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
  • large Idaho potatoes - 6 item

How to make stuffed baked potatoes:

Bake potatoes until done. Cut hot potatoes in half. Scoop out potatoes, reserve shells. Fry bacon; drain and crumble. Saute onions in bacon fat; drain. Mash potatoes with butter. Add sour cream, onions, salt, pepper and bacon; mix well. If potatoes seem dry, add a little milk. Stuff in shells. Drizzle with melted butter. Then sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
