Stuffed baked potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- strips bacon - 10 item
- Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- large Idaho potatoes - 6 item
How to make stuffed baked potatoes:
Bake potatoes until done. Cut hot potatoes in half. Scoop out potatoes, reserve shells. Fry bacon; drain and crumble. Saute onions in bacon fat; drain. Mash potatoes with butter. Add sour cream, onions, salt, pepper and bacon; mix well. If potatoes seem dry, add a little milk. Stuff in shells. Drizzle with melted butter. Then sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
