Party potatoes

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream
• salt - 1 tsp
• butter - 1/4 c
• paprika - 1 item
• pepper - 1/4 tsp
• shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
• chopped green onions - 1/3 c
• medium potatoes, baked - 6 item

How to make party potatoes:

Preheat oven to 325°. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add cheese, heat, stirring until cheese is melted. Add sour cream, green onions, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Scoop potatoes from skins and add to casserole. Toss potatoes in sour cream mixture just to coat potatoes. Sprinkle paprika over all. Bake for 45 minutes.
