Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- cloves garlic, minced - 5 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- plain bread crumbs - 5 c
- Romano cheese, grated - 2 c
- artichokes - 2 item
How to make stuffed artichokes:
Wash and drain artichokes. Rap artichokes (top) against countertop to open leaves. Mix cheese, onions, garlic and bread crumbs. Season to taste. Mix well. Stuff between leaves. Place in a heavy gauge pot. Add 1 cup water. Pour oil over artichokes. PRecipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Main dish.
