  • water - 1 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • cloves garlic, minced - 5 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • plain bread crumbs - 5 c
  • Romano cheese, grated - 2 c
  • artichokes - 2 item

How to make stuffed artichokes:

Wash and drain artichokes. Rap artichokes (top) against countertop to open leaves. Mix cheese, onions, garlic and bread crumbs. Season to taste. Mix well. Stuff between leaves. Place in a heavy gauge pot. Add 1 cup water. Pour oil over artichokes. P
