Fresh apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• sugar - 2 c
• cooking oil
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• cake flour - 3 c
• soda
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• fresh raw apples, cut fine - 3 c
• chopped pecans - 1 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add apples. Mix well and add pecans. Bake in moderate oven about 350° until done. This makes a large cake.
