Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• butter or margarine - 1/2 c
• flour - 2 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• raisins - 1 c
• cloves - 1/4 tsp
• persimmon pulp - 1 c
• pecans and/or almonds - 1 c

How to make persimmon cookies:

Cream 1/2 cup butter with 1 cup sugar, then add 1 beaten egg and 1 cup persimmon pulp. Persimmon pulp needs 1 teaspoon soda dissolved in it first. Set aside and combine the following. Combine/mix 2 cups flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Add rais
