Custard pie


Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla
- milk
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- sprinkle of nutmeg - 1 item
How to make custard pie:
Heat milk on stove until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Beat eggs. Add sugar, vanilla and salt to beaten eggs. Add the milk to egg mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle top of pie with nutmeg. Bake at 425° for 5 minutes, then at 375° for 10 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
