Ingredients/Components
- 3 oz
- boiling water - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- fresh strawberries - 1 qt
- additional fresh strawberries optional - 1 item
- nonfat vanilla ice cream, softened - 2 c
- liters diet lemon-lime soda, chilled - 2 item
How to make strawberry slush:
In a large bowl, mash strawberries; add ice cream. In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in lemon juice. Add to the strawberry mixture. Mix well.
