Cranberry relish salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 1 c
- orange juice concentrate - 1/2 c
- medium apple, peeled and chopped - 1 item
How to make cranberry relish salad:
In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in concentrate. Combine cranberries, apple and sugar. Add to gelatin mixture. Stir in pecans. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart serving dish. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Berries.
