Pretzel salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cream cheese - 1 (8
• granulated sugar - 2 Tbsp
• pkg - 1 oz
• boiling water - 2 c
• margarine - 3/4 c
• small Cool Whip - 1 item
• crushed pretzels coarse - 2 c

How to make pretzel salad:

Blend pretzels with 2 tablespoons sugar and margarine. Press in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool. Blend cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar together. Add Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel mixture.

Topping: Mix jello with boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. Mix and set in refrigerator for 10 minutes or until jelled. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill until set.
