- sugar - 3/4 c
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- granulated sugar - 2 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 2 c
- margarine - 3/4 c
- small Cool Whip - 1 item
- crushed pretzels coarse - 2 c
How to make pretzel salad:
Blend pretzels with 2 tablespoons sugar and margarine. Press in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool. Blend cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar together. Add Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel mixture.Topping: Mix jello with boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. Mix and set in refrigerator for 10 minutes or until jelled. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill until set.
