Strawberry pretzel salad

sugar - 2 Tbsp
cream cheese - 8 oz
chopped nuts - 1 item
water - 1/2 c
confectioners sugar - 2 c
boiling water - 2 c
Cool Whip - 8 oz
frozen strawberries - 1 (10
strawberry jello - 6 oz
pretzels, crushed - 2 c
sticks melted oleo - 2 item

How to make strawberry pretzel salad:

Mix pretzels, oleo and sugar and pat into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Let cool completely. Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip. Mix and set in fridge. Mix jello, boiling water and strawberries. If berries are very juicy, remove water. Let set until begin to jell. Next, put cheese mixture in crust. Put jello mixture on top. Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts).
