Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- confectioners sugar
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- fresh sliced peaches - 4 c
- peach Jell-O - 4 Tbsp
How to make peach delight:
Mix 2 cups flour, margarine and chopped nuts together. Spread in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip together. Spread over crust. Put in refrigerator until you are ready to spread fruit on it. Spread fruit over crust. Mix sugar, flour, peach Jell-O and water. Cook over medium heat until thick and clear.
