Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- egg whites - 3 item
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
How to make perfect meringue:
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until peaks form. Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. Continue beating until meringue is stiff. Spread over pie filling and seal to crust.
