Strawberry pretzel dessert
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 8 oz
- boiling water - 2 c
- oleo - 3/4 c
- box strawberry Jell-O - 6 oz
- coarsely chopped nuts - 1/3 c
- carton whipped topping - 8 oz
- crushed pretzels - 2 c
- boxes frozen strawberries - 2 oz
How to make strawberry pretzel dessert:
Mix pretzels (not too finely crushed), sugar, oleo and pecans. Press lightly into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350°. Cool. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and whipped topping. Spread on top of first layer. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. When partially congealed, put on top of second layer.
