Blueberry cream cheese pie

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• powdered sugar - 1/2 c
• whipping cream - 1 c
• lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
• Philadelphia cream cheese - 4 oz
• can blueberry pie mix - 1 item
• whipped cream topping optional - 1 item
• pastry shell, cooled - 1 item

How to make blueberry cream cheese pie:

Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla until well blended. Whip whipping cream and fold into cream cheese mixture. Turn into pie shell. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Mix blueberry pie mix with lemon juice and spread over the top. Add whipped cream, if desired.
