Pretzel jello salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 3 c
- Cool Whip - 2 c
- box strawberry Jell-O - 1 oz
- frozen strawberries - 6 oz
- crushed pretzels
- 1/2 sticks melted margarine - 1 item
How to make pretzel jello salad:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, cool and add strawberries. Chill until partially thickened. Mix first 3 ingredients. Save 1/4 cup for topping. Press rest in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1 cup sugar; spread on base in the pan. Pour the strawberry-Jell-O mixture over the cream cheese mixture.
