Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water
- oleo - 3/4 c
- frozen strawberries - 1 pt
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- crushed pretzels
How to make pretzel salad:
Cream 3 tablespoons sugar and oleo. Add pretzels. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 10 minutes at 350°. Cool.Cream the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Add Cool Whip. Spread over cooled, baked pretzel crust.
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add the frozen strawberries. Let partially set and pour over cream cheese layer. Chill until jello is firmly set.
