- boiling water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- strawberry gelatin
- medium can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- frozen strawberries, drained - 1 pkg
- cold liquid - 2 c
How to make strawberry pineapple salad:
Add boiling water to gelatin. Add 2 cups cold liquid (juice from fruits and water), lemon juice and fruit. Put 1/2 mixture in mold and chill until it begins to set. Add sour cream to other half and put on top. Chill.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Fruit, Salads.
