  • eggs - 3 item
  • pkg - 10 oz
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 3/4 c
  • oil - 1/3 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • soft butter - 2 Tbsp
  • strawberry juice - 2 Tbsp
  • Pillsbury strawberry mix - 1 pkg
  • Beat 2 minutes on high

How to make strawberry cream cake:

Combine all at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on high. Pour 2/3 of batter in large cake pan.Filling:1/4 c. sugar1 Tbsp. cornstarch2 Tbsp. soft butter2 Tbsp. strawberry juice8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened1 egg Combine and beat on high until creamy. Pour over the cake batter. Spread to cover the batter well. Pour remaining cake batter on top. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Top with sweetened strawberries and refrigerate. Serve with Cool Whip.
