Strawberry cream
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- large bananas - 2 item
How to make strawberry cream:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add strawberries, saving juice. Add pineapple (save juice) and sliced bananas. Combine juices saved from fruit with water to make 1 1/2 cups of liquid. Stir together and pour 1/2 of the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex or non-metallic dish. Chill 1 hour; spread sour cream on top. Pour rest of Jell-O mixture on top of sour cream. Chill until firm.
