  • skim milk - 3/4 c
  • nonfat strawberry yogurt sugar-free - 1/2 c
  • ripe banana, peeled and halved - 1 item

How to make strawberry cream:

Freeze banana halves until firm. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve in tall glasses. Yields 2 (8 ounce) glasses. Per serving: 125 calories, 3 mg cholesterol, 0.5 g fat, 75 mg Na.
