Strawberry cream

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• sour cream - 1/2 c
• boiling water - 1 c
• can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
• box strawberry jello - 1 oz
• banana, mashed - 1 item

How to make strawberry cream:

Have strawberries partially thawed. Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add partially thawed strawberries, pineapple and mashed banana. Divide mixture in half. Pour half in dessert bowl and set in refrigerator. After jello has set, spread sour cream over jello mixture. Add remaining jello and set in refrigerator again. Serve with Cool Whip on top if desired. Makes enough for 6.
