  • carton sour cream - 1 item
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • mashed bananas - 2 item
  • frozen strawberries - 1 pkg
  • strawberry Jell-O - 2 pkg
  • can fruit cocktail - 1 item
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item

How to make strawberry congealed salad:

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Thaw frozen strawberries. Mix all fruits together. Pour Jell-O over mixture. Pour 1/2 of mixture in a flat bottom dish. After it has congealed, spread sour cream over top, then pour rest of mixture over sour cream. Return to refrigerator to finish congealing.
