Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • carton sour cream - 2/3 c
  • boiling water
  • frozen strawberries - 2 pkg
  • strawberry Jell-O - 2 pkg
  • can pineapple crushed, drained - 1 item

How to make strawberry salad:

Mix Jell-O and water. Add frozen strawberries and mix gently. Put in refrigerator until slightly congealed. Add nuts and pineapple. Put 1/2 mixture in slightly oiled 9-inch square dish.

Chill until firm. Add sour cream to 2nd half and pour into mold carefully. Chill until set.
