Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • light brown sugar, firmly packed - 1/2 c
  • chopped pecans if desired - 1/2 c
  • raisins if desired - 1/2 c
  • granular sugar - 1/2 c

How to make sticky buns:

Preheat oven to 375°. In a small pot, mix all sugars, lemon juice, margarine and cinnamon. Boil for 1 minute. Set aside 1/4 cup. Place remaining mix in bottom of round cake pan. Sprinkle in nuts and/or raisins, if desired.

Separate rolls. Spread remaining mix on each roll, then roll up like a jelly roll. Pinch seams. Cut each roll in half. Place rolls, cut side down, in cake pan. Bake 30 minutes or until golden. Loosen edges. Flip over quickly onto serving plate. Leave cake pan on top. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove pan and serve.
