Ingredients/Components

  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • sifted flour
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • blueberries - 2 c

How to make blueberry coffeecake:

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add beaten egg. Sift dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture alternately with milk. Pour batter into an 8-inch greased pan. Press blueberries into top of batter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
