St. louis salad
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- head cauliflower - 1 item
- bacon, fried crisp and crumbled - 1/4 lb
- small red onion, separated into rings - 1 item
- medium bunch fresh broccoli - 1 item
How to make st. louis salad:
Separate cauliflower into flowerets. Cut in pieces. Chop broccoli. Combine cauliflower, broccoli, onion, bacon and cheese. Mix sugar and mayonnaise together; add to vegetable mixture. Add salt and pepper. Refrigerate overnight to blend. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
