Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- oregano - 4 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- grated, unpeeled zucchini
How to make zucchini cakes:
Mix all ingredients and brown like pancakes in a skillet. Lay on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 more minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Main dish.
