Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 3 Tbsp
- margarine, melted - 1 tsp
- grated onion - 1/8 tsp
- grated squash - 1 c
- few grains pepper - 1 item
How to make squash fritters:
Combine squash, onion, salt, pepper, sugar and flour. Add beaten egg and margarine. Drop by tablespoons in greased frypan. Fry until golden brown on both sides.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Squash, Side dish.
