Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- plain flour - 1 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sifted self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- cooked yellow squash and onion
How to make squash fritters:
Combine squash and onion mixture with salt and pepper. Add egg. Combine in sifted dry ingredients. Mix well. Drop by spoonful onto hot greased skillet. Cook until golden brown.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Squash, Side dish.
