Squash delight

Ingredients/Components

• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• nuts, chopped - 1 c
• mayonnaise - 1 c
• cracker crumbs - 6 Tbsp
• onions, chopped - 1 c
• green pepper, chopped - 1 c
• cheese, shredded - 1 c
• pimento, chopped - 2 Tbsp
• yellow squash - 2 lb

How to make squash delight:

Combine all ingredients except crumbs. Mix well. Place in buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
